Planning an impromptu party? If there's still a set available, you can even reserve for the next day!
The rental price is per day. We usually deliver in the morning and pick up the set the next day. Don't worry: it doesn't have to be exactly 24 hours later. We'll agree on a time that works for you—evenings are also perfectly fine.
Delivery is free within a 25 km radius of Wortegem. Outside of that radius, we charge a small mileage fee. You can easily check your delivery costs on this page.
Yes, we'll work with you to agree on a time slot that works for you. We always try to be as flexible as possible.
Yes! Enter your company details when booking, and you'll automatically receive an invoice in your name. We operate under VAT exemption, so no VAT is charged.
Yes, that's possible! You can cancel free of charge up to 8 days before your rental date. Cancel later and we'll charge 30% of the rental price. If you refuse delivery on the day itself, you'll still be charged the full rental price.
Don't worry: we won't send you an angry karaoke serenade if you have to cancel 😉
You pay the rental price and a refundable deposit securely online when you book (Bancontact, credit card, etc.). The deposit will, of course, be refunded at the end of your rental period, provided all equipment is returned in working order.
The price is all-inclusive: delivery, installation, use of the complete set, and collection afterward. Any additional kilometers outside the free zone will be charged separately.
Yes, we do require a refundable deposit: €100 for the Cozy set and €200 for the Party Starter and Epic Stage.
After collection and inspection of the material, we will refund this amount in full, as long as everything was used correctly and without damage.
Only if the journey exceeds 25 km per single trip will we first deduct the mileage allowance from the deposit and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account.
No, our prices are completely transparent.
Only deliveries outside the free zone (€0.40/km) will be charged. Depending on the distance, this fee is based on a single trip and for further journeys there and back.

It's a party, don't panic! Minor scratches or signs of wear are no problem. But please be kind to our things 😉.
In case of major damage or loss, we will first deduct this from the deposit.
If the costs are higher, we'll pass on the difference. Call us immediately in the event of an incident, and we'll work together to find a solution.

The delivery cost depends on the distance from Centrum Wortegem :
🟢 Up to 25 km → free delivery
🟠26–60 km → €0.40/km (single trip)
🔴 More than 60 km → €0.40/km (return)
Tip: You can enter your address in Google Maps from Wortegem to see which zone you fall into. We always confirm the exact cost when you make your reservation and easily deduct it from your deposit.

The time stated in your booking confirmation is standard and not applicable . Please indicate your preferred time when making your reservation. We'll do our best to deliver as close to that time as possible and will always agree on the exact time with you . Pickup is usually the next day, in consultation, so you can party worry-free.
No, unfortunately this isn't possible. We always handle delivery and installation. This way, you can be sure everything is connected correctly and working optimally.
When you order the Cozy Karaoke or Epic Stage set, both come with the licensed Karafun software you can use for the duration of the rental period. Karafun is one of the largest players in Europe in the field of karaoke libraries. It offers the most complete library of songs and the coolest features such as playlist management with your smartphone, on-the-fly tone and volume control, live photo sharing to the screen, and more.
A set doesn't take up much space. A 2x2 meter corner is usually sufficient. For the Epic Stage set, some extra space is helpful.
2 microphones are included as standard with each set.
Yes, as long as it stays dry and there's a safe power supply. In rainy or damp conditions, the set should always be kept indoors.
After installation, we recommend not moving the set. This will prevent damage or malfunctions.
Absolutely! Kids, teens, adults… everyone can sing along. You choose the songs yourself, from Disney classics to the latest hits. However, we recommend using earplugs for children when playing on the Epic Stage and Party Starter set due to the volume.
On average, we take 20 to 30 minutes to install everything and briefly explain the process. After that, your set is ready to use right away.

Virtually any living room can be filled with the sound of the JBL Encore 2, which comes with the Cozy Karaoke package.
Yes, absolutely! You can use karaoke via YouTube, your own playlist, or our included software (depending on the package you choose).
Absolutely! Everything is plug and play. We install the set upon delivery and provide a brief explanation. After that, everyone can get started.
No, everything is included and installed. Only with the Party Starter package do you need to provide your own TV, laptop, or smart device.

Of course, there must be a power supply and an internet connection (wired or wireless).
Our sets are always tested upon delivery.
